The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the assistance of the public in gathering any information related to a burglary occurring at a residence on County Road 69 in Centre.

According to Chief Deputy Josh Summerford, the incident occurred on Wednesday morning, and the suspect fled the scene upon arrival of the homeowner.
