Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, twenty-four food items and forty miscellaneous items were taken, valued at $470.01

Milton Labron Hulsey, age 41 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication, a Warrant for Outside Agency and Three Warrants for Failure to Appear at 6:23 pm

Eric Lee Walker, age 35 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 6:09 pm

Christopher Ellis Rothell, age 27 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Theft of Lost Property at 10:13 pm
