According to Floyd County jail records – 41-year-old Berry Cochran was jailed Thursday for felony armed robbery and aggravated assault.
Cochran stands accused of the offense of armed robbery when he brandished a gun at the clerk of Chuck’s Corner Store, where he allegedly took $3,400 in cash. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license.
