James Hawkins age 91 of Centre passed away Friday August 2nd at his residence. Funeral services will be 1 PM Sunday August 4th at Perry Funeral Home
Chapel with Bobby Kerr and Gary Hawkins officiating, burial will follow in Cedar Bluff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Gary Hawkins, Bobby Kerr, Billy Haney and Danny Walker.
Survivors include wife, Inez Godfrey Hawkins of Centre; son, Mike Kirk of Jasper; daughter, Denese Hall of Lenoir City, TN.; sisters, Betty Lindsey of Rome, Ga. and Dot Marsh of Az.; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson.
Mr. Hawkins was a native of Ga. and was of the Baptist Faith.
