A pedestrian was killed Saturday after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. 31 in Limestone County. Lisa Lynn Terry, 48, of Tanner was struck and killed, after stopping in the roadway and getting out of her vehicle, by a 2019 Honda Fit.
Terry was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Honda was not injured. The crash occurred at 12:20 a.m. on U.S. 31 at the 363 mile marker just under a mile south of Athens. Nothing further is available as ALEA Troopers continue to investigate.
