According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency the driver of an 18 wheeler was hurt in a single-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in neighboring Etowah County. The wreck took place on Tabor Road around 4:00pm – leaving the driver injured – however no additional information regarding the extent of those injuries was available.  Fortunately no one else was involved.

The cause of the wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
