Shortly after 11:30 Thursday morning, a minor 2 vehicle accident occurred near Peek’s Crossroads in the Spring Creek Fire District.
Two pickup trucks were involved in the mishap with one being a white Chevrolet Z-71 and the other being a black Ford F-350 Super Duty. One person was transported for treatment as a precautionary measure.
Floyd EMS and the Spring Creek Fire Department quickly responded to the scene. One lane of traffic was blocked for a short period of time.
