MONTGOMERY — Senior OLIVIA BAKER hit her 36th home run this morning in G.W. Long’s first game of the 2019 AHSAA State Softball Championships at Lagoon Park Wednesday to set the NFHS National record for homers in a single season. The Rebels (53-3) of COACH NIKKI LONG, beat Sumiton Christian 4-2 to advance to the second round of the winner’s bracket.
