Four Arrested Locally on Drug Charges Monday

Four individuals were arrested locally on drug charges at the start of the work week with at least three remaining in the detention center as of Tuesday morning.

Those arrested included 23 year old Dawson resident Judson Duane Phillips – charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest, along with Failure to Appear on two prior charges – Switched Tag and Failure to Display Insurance; Patrick Hush Conner, age 52, was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Misty Dawn Phillips, 47, charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Parole Violation – and 28 year old Nevin Reese Nabors was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, and Violation of the Prohibition Law.  Conner, Misty Phillips and Nabors are all residents of Piedmont.

Bond for Judson Phillips was set at $6,500 and at $3,000 each for Conner and Misty Phillips; meanwhile Nabors was released after making his bond, which had been set at $4,000. 

He had been booked in at around 12:20 Monday afternoon – bonding out just after 3:00pm.

The remaining trio had been booked into jail around 3:00pm Monday.
