No injuries luckily came from a single vehicle accident over the weekend that occurred on Highway 35 on top of the mountain.
The call of the accident came at 4:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 5th, with responders arriving to the scene shortly thereafter to check over the party involved. The 2014 Ford involved was driven by Erica Clayton of Ft. Payne.
No exact cause of the wreck is available following the report from State Troopers, who responded to the scene along with Broomtown Fire Department and Floyd EMS.
