A single vehicle accident on Alabama Highway 68 sent one to the hospital on Sunday.
The call of the incident came at 8:00 a.m., with those that responded to the scene being met by the 2009 Chevy involved. Caleb Pledger of Lyerly, Georgia, who was the driver of the Chevy, sustained injuries as a result of the wreck and was transported by EMS to a local medical facility for treatment.
The severity of the injury, as well as what may have caused the wreck, were not released in the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report. We will provide more on this story if and when it becomes available.
