A single vehicle accident on Alabama Highway 68 sent one to the hospital on Sunday.

The call of the incident came at 8:00 a.m., with those that responded to the scene being met by the 2009 Chevy involved. Caleb Pledger of Lyerly, Georgia, who was the driver of the Chevy, sustained injuries as a result of the wreck and was transported by EMS to a local medical facility for treatment.

The severity of the injury, as well as what may have caused the wreck, were not released in the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report.
