Cherokee County Arrest Files Wednesday:
Paul Alexandre Chadwick, age 34 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Theft of Property 1st Degree (two counts) and Receiving Stolen Property 2nd Degree in addition to the Possession/Receipt of Controlled/Substance; he was also charged with two Probation Violations and Non-Support;
Summer Dawn Phillips, age 28 of Cedar Bluff – Bond Forfeiture and Failure to Appear on a previous charge of the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and three counts of the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;
Joshua Timothy Taylor, age 26 of Cedar Bluff Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Expired Tag;
Natasha Franklin McDaniel, age 36 of Piedmont – Probation Violation;
Timothy Ryan Clough 38 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;
Jeremy Ray Maxwell, age 21 of Gaylesville – Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree;
Jason Kelly Matthews, age 47 of Centre, Receiving Stolen Property 1st Degree and Violation of the Prohibition Law;
And John Curtis Hudgins, age 49 of Gaylesville – Assault 3rd Degree and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.
These arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Currently there are 115 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
