Alabama Highway 35 Near Little River Falls Reopened Following a Minor Rock Slide

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Post has informed WEIS Radio News that Alabama Highway 35 near Little River Falls has been reopened following a minor rock slide.

WEIS Radio News has spoken to the Alabama State Troopers Post and we’ve been informed that one lane of traffic is currently closed due to a rock slide going up the mountain – that’s near the intersection of Highway 35 and County Road 103, close to the waterfall at Little River Canyon. The slide occurred shortly after 10:00 Monday morning.
