A Centre man is in the Floyd County Jail charged with being a Fugitive from Justice. Bobby Ray Parks, 57 – of a County Road 18 address – has a warrant for his arrest here in Cherokee County, on a probation violation and a failure to appear charge for obstruction of justice.
Parks was arrested Monday on Highway 411 near the state line.
