Both drivers were hurt in a two-vehicle collision Tuesday afternoon in Etowah County.
That wreck took place around 2:30 on Highway 278 West at the 123 mile marker, involving a 2005 Chevrolet, driven by Tammy Pierce of Oneonta, and a 2008 Mercury being driven by Christa Traywick of Piedmont. No additional information regarding the injuries of either Pierce or Traywick was available.
That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
