County Officials Meet With State Officials To Discuss Recent Damage Caused By Flooding

Cherokee County Officials recently met with Alabama Emergency Management Agency Director Brian Hastings and his executive staff along with Congressman Mike Rogers and his staff to discuss the devastation and destruction caused by the flooding.

Local officials are doing everything they can to make sure those affected by this terrible disaster gets the assistance needed.

Congressman Rogers told WEIS Radio News that those who have been affected by this historic flood are urged to contact his office for any questions or concerns you may have regarding the process

Rogers said his mobile office in Centre will be open at City Hall the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
