A Cherokee County man was booked into the Floyd County Jail Sunday on a felony warrant charging him with Theft by Shoplifting.
26 year old Joshua Paul Henson of a County Road 212 address in Centre – stands accused of taking a pair of Milwaukee tool kits from the Home Depot on Hicks Drive in Rome back on January 3rd.
The combined value of the tool kits was $740.00
