A pickup truck crashed into a guardrail on Highway 68 close to the Mountain Parkway Grill in Sand Rock at around 2:00pm Wednesday.

According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, the driver of that 2006 Chevy, Luverne Adams of Boaz, was unhurt in the mishap.  

The Leesburg Fire Department, State Troopers and Floyd EMS all responded to the scene.

Traffic was reduced to a single lane as the scene was cleared.

That wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
