Several individuals were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Tuesday.

Jeffrey Cothran Chumbler age 47 of Gaylesville, Holley Elaine Keeton age 39 of Ashville, and Christopher Lee Whatley 36 from Gadsden along with Misty Deanna Eastridge age 33, Toby Lee Hulsey, age 40, William David Burns, age 47 and Michael Roy Holcomb, 48, all of Centre. were each was charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Chumbler was additionally charged with Aggravated Stalking – Eastridge was also charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Bond for each was set at $3,000 – with the exception of Chumbler and Eastridge – who both still await setting of bond.
