Shelley R. Powell, age 70, of Powell passed away Friday, Janurary 18, 2019. A grave side service will be held at 3pm Sunday, January 20, 2019 from the New Bethel Cemetery. Burial will follow. Rev. Billy Helton will be officiaitng. The Family will recieve friends from 5-8pm on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.
