Allen Blake Forrister, 27 of Piedmont, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 24, 2018. He was born in Jacksonville to Howard Coleman and Cynthia Ann Tucker Forrister and was employed as a welder. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Maudie Marie Tucker, and Arthur and Sarah Forrister; one brother: Jake Coleman Forrister; and one daughter: Amelia Marie Forrister.

He is survived by his parents: Howard Forrister and Cindy Williamson; daughter: Aria Jade Forrister; grandfather: Avery Burl Tucker; brother: Matthew Scott Forrister; sisters: Zonna Forrister and Whitney Forrister; numerous aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be Friday, December 28 at 6:00 PM with Rev. Johnny Lee Medley officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5- 6:00 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel. As per his desire, he will be cremated and ashes spread over a favorite spot.
