Firefighters with Spring Creek, McCords and Ellisville Fire Departments responded to a report of a structure fire at a residence on County Road 40 just before 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening. As firefighters were enroute to the location, it was reported that the structure was already heavily engulfed in flames.
Firefighters spent several hours on the scene. Floyd EMS also responded as a precautionary measure. The exact cause of the fire is not known at this time.
