Authorities arrested three individuals on drug-related charges in Cherokee County Monday
32 year old Bobby Ray Parks from Centre was taken into custody and arrested on a long list of charges including Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia along with Domestic Violence/Menacing and Fleeing/Attempting to Elude in addition to Failing to Appear on the previous charges of two counts of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, two counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and one count of the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.
April Denise Hooper, age 34 of Centre, was charged with two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree in addition to Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Driving while License Revoked.
And Nina Michelle Herman age 24 of Cedar Bluff was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unauthorized Use of a Motor vehicle.
All three remain in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
Bond for Parks has been set at $7,000 and bond for Herman set at $4,000; meanwhile, bond for Hooper has yet to be set.
