One person was airlifted by LifeSaver Helicopter to Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga following a single-vehicle accident on Warrior Road just outside of Piedmont Monday night.
According to the Jacksonville Post of the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the wreck took place at 6:50pm and involved a 1994 Buick, driven by 50 year old John Pruitt of Ohatchee.
No additional information regarding Pruitt’s injuries was immediately available.
That accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
