Gadsden Man Arrested on Felony Burglary and Theft Charges

A Gadsden man has been jailed in connection with a case of burglary and theft of property.

Investigator Adam Chapman said 36 year old Andrew Blake Eubanks was charged with one count of Burglary 3rd Degree and one count of Theft of Property 1st Degree, both felonies – after he stole three ladders, AC coils, and two five-gallon buckets that were filled with brass and copper.

Eubanks told investigators he pawned the ladders, and sold the brass and copper at a scrap yard.  The items were recovered, and returned to the rightful owner. Eubanks was arrested and booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on $7,500 bond.
