An Ohatchee man was fatally injured in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report Kenneth Jerome Edwards, age 52, was driving a 2000 Chevy Cavalier that left the roadway on Boiling Springs Road around six miles south of Ohatchee shortly before 11:20 Saturday night, and overturned.
Edwards, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.
That accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
