42nd Annual Centre Fall Festival Proves To Be A Great Success

A good crowd turned out for this year’s City of Centre Fall Festival Saturday.

In addition to various vendors ranging from food to arts and crafts, there were Disney characters on hand to have pictures made with the kids. Everyone enjoyed the popular entertainment acts of Sir Clumsy the Clown, Ventriloquist David Turner and the juggling magician Scott Tripp.

Of course, the main event was the annual parade. The Cherokee County High School Marching band once again led the procession up Main Street.

The Grand Marshal’s this year was Floyd EMS. The parade also featured classic cars, antique tractors and plenty of horses.

Another highlight of Saturday’s event was the annual Centre Fall Festival Fun Run for kids.
