Two Arrested For Burglary And Theft

Two individuals have been arrested in connection to burglary and theft of property.

 

Investigator Adam Chapman said that 35 year old Samuel Adam Arnold and 34 year old Rebecca Jones both of Gadsden, are each charged with two counts of third degree burglary, one count of first degree theft of property, one count of fourth degree theft of property.

 

The duo stole a green, John Deere gator and food from a concession stand at Gaston High School in the early morning hours of September 15, 2018.  Both Arnold and Jones told investigators they illegally took the ATV and food from the school property.

 

The John Deere gator was recovered in Piedmont by investigators Chapman and Brian Smith. 

 

Arnold is currently being detained in the Etowah County Detention Center without bond.  Jones was booked into the Detention Center and later released on $11,000 bond.
