The Cedar Bluff Town Council held a Special Called meeting on Monday for the sole purpose of adopting a resolution in support of the Cherokee County Communication District Ambulance Advisory Committee.

Mayor Tammy Crane stated that the Town of Cedar Bluff recognizes the importance of timely and competent ambulance services within its municipality and the importance of being a participating municipality in the Cherokee County Ambulance contract.

The Town of Leesburg has also adopted the resolution and the Towns of Gaylesville, Sand Rock and the City of Centre are also expected to adopt it as well.
