It’s the CAT-A-THON – October is Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Month

If you’ve ever tried to Google the term Cat-a-thon chances are, you ended up buying heavy equipment at a low sale price; of course, that’s all well and good – BUT – if you happen to be a fan of felines what the Cherokee Humane Society and Nichols Animal Hospital has in store next month is probably more along the lines of what you had in mind:

That’s Ethel Sprouse who along with Dr. Jeremy Deaton from Nichols Animal Hospital made a visit to the WEIS Radio studios to discuss how the program works:

Nichols Animal Hospital is located at 202 Armory Road in Centre.

For additional information and to purchase your voucher simply call the Cherokee Humane Society at (256) 779-7159.  They’re located at 5015 Alabama Highway 9 in Cedar Bluff, and they’re open Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
