Congressman Mike Rogers made the following remarks on the 231st anniversary of the adoption of the United States Constitution on Monday.

“September 17th marks the 231st anniversary of the United States Constitution. This important document is one that we hold so dear as Americans. Written by our Founding Fathers, this blueprint for our country should be celebrated.

“As a member of the U.S. Congress, it is my duty to uphold and defend our Constitution and I will always fight to defend it and continue to uphold what’s written in it.”
