At approximately 10:15 Friday morning – emergency personnel responded to a two-vehicle accident involving a passenger car and a pickup in front of the Centre Walmart. It appears no one was seriously hurt, with some occupants apparently being checked out at the scene as a precautionary measure.
The Centre Police and Fire Departments responded, along with Cherokee EMS and Alabama State Troopers.
