For some time now, area residents have been eagerly awaiting the opening day for the new QQ Hibachi & Sushi restaurant in the Ingles Shopping Center and Tuesday was the day with the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce holding the official ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:00 that morning – with the doors opening for business at 11:00.  Owners and operators Tim and Fang O’Conner, along with Manager Ping Truong, greeted a long line of customers for their first lunch service.

QQ Hibachi & Sushi features an extensive menu including Hibachi Dinner served with fried or steamed rice, vegetables, ginger salad and clear soup – choose New York Strip, a Rib Eye Steak, Shrimp, Chicken or other delicious entries; there’s also a lunch special each day from 11:00am – 3:00pm and a children’s menu along with delicious desserts.  Enjoy Sushi Roll and Thai Food – along with an array of appetizers and a long line up of side orders.  There’s also a Beer and Wine List.

QQ Hibachi & Sushi is open six days a week – closed Monday.
