Joyce Owens Lecroy, age 85 of Centre, passed away on Monday, August 27th at Cherokee Health & Rehab.

Funeral services will be 12:PM Thursday, August 30th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Pollard officiating; burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 12:PM Thursday at the funeral home.

Survivors include daughters, Rebecca (Tommy) Garner of Centre, Kathy Hale of Centre; two grandchildren, Jennifer Garner, Jon Bishop; four great grandchildren, Ali (Dylan) Randall, Kade Stimpson, Chloe Givens, Dylan Bishop; one great-great granddaughter, Adilynn Randall; and several nieces & nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl H. Lecroy; granddaughter, Angela Stimpson; son-in-law, Randall Hale.

Mrs. Lecroy was a native of Cherokee County, the daughter of the late Robert C. and Ruby C. Cunningham Owens and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Team Angela (American Cancer Society).
