According to an Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report a Chickamauga, Georgia man was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Cherokee County Monday evening. That wreck occurred around 7:00 on Highway 68, and involved a 2001 Chevrolet, driven by 23 year old Brandon Murphy. Murphy was listed as being hurt in the mishap, however that report did not elaborate on his injuries; it did note that he was wearing his seat belt.
The cause of that accident remains under investigation by state troopers.
