Three students were presented with ,000 Alabama Community Education Association Scholarships during the Tuesday meeting of the Cherokee County Board of Education.

The board received for review a Revised Policy Manual, approved to declare the Electronic Gates Project at Cedar Bluff School a public works project, approved a contract for re-roofing at Sand Rock School and Spring Garden School and approved modifications to a construction contract for various school projects.
