Jacksonville Man Arrested on Multiple Charges at Cave Spring Motorcycle Rally

An Alabama man was arrested on multiple charges at the Cave Spring Motorcycle Rally Friday evening.

According to Floyd County Jail records, 39-year old Johnathan Neal Bell of Jacksonville, was intoxicated and refused to stop cursing and disrupting the event. He then resisted and attempted to fight police officers, according to the report. Bell also reported did over $1,700 in damage to motorcycles while at the rally.

He is charged with felony obstruction of officers, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, public drunk, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.
