The operator of a Backhoe was very fortunately not injured after it went off into a swimming pool on a job site on County Road 70 in Sand Rock on Friday.
Crews were working to install an in ground pool and were back filling around the pool when the ground gave way sending the backhoe into the pool.
A large rotator wrecker had to be called in to remove the vehicle. Again, fortunately no one was injured.
