Theft of Property – Occurred at 1906 Glenn Blvd SW Suite 100, returning merchandise of $3234.40 was fraudulent
Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card – Occurred at 607 3rd Street NE, charges of $30.00 were made without authorization

Donna Deanne Daniel, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 12:42 am
5 Accidents with 1 Injury
A 17 year old juvenile male riding a 2007 Yamaha STA lost control and fell to the highway. The juvenile was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Jose Angel Vega Robles, age 34 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 8:54 pm
Ronald Edward Robbins, age 24 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Two Warrants for Failure to Appear at 11:04 pm
