Congressman Mike Rogers, pictured here with Ragan Floyd and her artwork entitled “Russ” that was recently hung in the Cannon tunnel to the U.S. Capitol.

Rogers congratulated Floyd, a rising senior at Smith’s Station High School, on her recent win in the Third Congressional District Art Competition.  

Floyd’s artwork will be on display for one year.
