Ms. Cherry Jane Taylor, age 57, of Centre, passed away Sunday June 17th at her residence.
A memorial service will be 3 P.M. Saturday June 30th at Unity Hill Baptist Church with Rev. John Redding officiating.
Survivors include sons Jay (Milo) Martin of Centre and Marquis (Joanna) Martin of Oxford; one daughter Melissa (Lane) Elrod of Centre; a sister Lisa (Archie) Floyd of Piedmont; three grandchildren Quentin, Brianna, and Jasmine; one great grandchild Brandon; Nephew and special sidekick Jarrett Floyd, several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her sister Betty Sue Brown; Niece Brooke Floyd; grandparents Loyd and Ruby Hitchcock.
Ms. Taylor was a native of Cherokee County, a daughter of the late Bill and Mary Hitchcock Martin and was of the Baptist faith.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward funeral expenses.
