Three individuals were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop in Floyd County on Monday. The driver of that vehicle, 35 year old Justin Lee Cunningham of a County Road 33 address in Centre, was pulled over at the intersection of Old Rockmart and Reeceburg Road where he and two passengers, 27 year old Stephen Lee Hight from Rome, and Rebecca Shae Hight, 25 of Cave Spring were all found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
In addition to the drug charge, Cunningham was cited for driving without a license, running a stop sign and driving with a cracked windshield – along with being a fugitive from justice for crossing the state line while having pending warrants in Alabama.
