Mr. James B. Ragan age 81 of Rainsville, AL passed away Thursday April 19, 2018. Funeral services are set for 3PM Saturday April 21, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow in the Whitton Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1PM until 3PM Saturday April 21, 2018 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Min. Richard Bruce & Min. Brian Harris.
