Mr. Nathan Lee Chadwick Sr. age 82 0f Centre passed away Friday April 13th at Cherokee Medical Center.
Funeral services will be 12:30 PM Wednesday April 18th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Hardin officiating burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 11 AM until 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include James Chadwick, Butch Chadwick, Nathan Chadwick Jr., Jonathan Chadwick, Koby Anderson, Gary Chadwick, Jesse Pettis and Forrest Stafford. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cedar Bluff Police Officers, Ben Chadwick and Turner’s Tankers.
Survivors include wife, Nellie Dean Hooper Chadwick of Centre; sons, James Darold Chadwick , Butch (Becky) Chadwick and Nathan Lee (Tanya) Chadwick Jr. all of Centre; Martin Bishop of Spring Garden; sister, Willie Sue Moses of Centre; 15 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Chadwick was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
He was a native of Eddy, Tx. and the son of the late Aubrey Lee and Opal Elizabeth Copeland Chadwick. He retired from Cedar Bluff Police Department and a Vietnam Veteran and a member of Enon Grove Baptist Church.
