Multiple Drug Arrests Made Monday in Cherokee County

Cherokee County law enforcement officials made multiple drug arrests on Monday.

A 20 year old Cedar Bluff resident, Tyler Gene Dumas is facing several charges including the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Physical Evidence and Resisting Arrest; in addition to Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession with Intent to Distribute.  Jessica Leann Rogers, age 28 of Centre – Grand Jury Indictment/the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance in addition to Bond Revocation and charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Dusty Robert Rogers, age 31, also of Centre is facing charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia plus Resisting Arrest.

Kari Diane Thomas, age 33 of Centre and Nicholas Lane Ryals, age 28 of Centre – were each charged with Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Chemical Endangerment.  Alisha Mae Tidwell, age 30 of Centre, was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Ronny Dale Harden, age 50 of Ft Payne was charged with the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

As of early Tuesday morning all remained in the Cherokee County Detention Center with the exception of Harden who was released after making bail of $500 just before 7:00pm Monday.
