Youth Leadership Cherokee met on Tuesday, March 6th . The YLC students toured Cherokee County Health & Rehab Center and Cherokee Village Assisted Living . Many thanks to John Boggs, Assistant Administrator of CCHRC & Margaret Eubanks, CVAL for taking time to talk to the students ! The group then traveled to Cherokee Medical Center where Terry Long, CEO took them on a tour of the hospital.

The students enjoyed a delicious meal in the Cherokee Medical Center Cafeteria. Also, thank you to Cherokee County Board of Education Superintendent Mitchell Guice for providing a bus and driver, Jeremy Goodwin for YLC Day. Our group then traveled to Centre-Piedmont-Cherokee County Regional Airport where we were met by Donnie Free who took them on a tour of the airport . The students were very impressed by the airport !
