A Cedartown, Georgia man was transferred from the Piedmont Jail to the Floyd County Jail Tuesday on a warrant charging him with Interstate Interference with Custody. According to the warrant, 29 year old Jamie Kyle Guttery of a New Harmony Road address took a 15 year old female from Floyd County to Alabama back on February 21st.
The warrant states he did so without the permission of the teenager’s lawful guardian.
