The Honorable Twinkle Andress Cavanaugh, president of the Alabama Public Service Commission and candidate for Lieutenant Governor of Alabama, will be the headline speaker for the `March 13 Dutch Treat Dinner to be held in the Cherokee Chamber of Commerce meeting room on the campus of Gadsden State-Cherokee.
Several other state, district, and county candidates will also be present to meet attendees and address the audience.
