On Thursday, Deputies with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant and arrest warrants for 18 year old Robert Shane Givens on South River Street in Centre, as the result of a drug investigation.
Givens was charged with two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deputies also found marijuana at the residence leading to Givens being additionally charged with the Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
He was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center, with bond having been set at $12,000
