Mr. Billy Joe Bowen age 79 of Rainsville, AL passed away Thursday February 15, 2018. Funeral services are set for 2pm Sunday February 18, 2018 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Burial to follow in the Kirk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5pm until 8pm Saturday February 17, 2018 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. James Grindstaff.
